My name is Edyaline, but many of my friends know me as Edgy. I am 27 years old and currently employed as a Financial Assistant.

I've ALWAYS had a passion for reading and writing.

Growing up, life wasn’t always easy and I am forever grateful that I found joy in reading. I have the inherent belief that books have the power to save lives. They saved mine. Books have also serendipitously made me a hopeless romantic (I mean seriously, some of these book romances have set the bar HIGH). But there is so much truth in that statement. Truth that I’ve shared nonchalantly as it has often seemed silly or not worth digging in to. However, being able to escape into an alternative reality has helped me through some of the worst times. I only hope to be able to write something that can help someone else in the same way someday.

I was so inspired to start a Bookstagram & accompanying blog this year. I’d like to thank my favorite author, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and the wonderful people I have virtually met through the JLAnders Facebook group. Finding a community full of readers that share the same amount of love and excitement for some of my favorite books has been truly incredible. You guys rock! 🤗
